Spring Equinox Celebration

Join Kerry & Morgan for an evening of welcoming in the energy and action of Spring! 

This 75 minute class will have a little bit of everything: movement, meditation, mantras and journaling.  Take some time out of a busy week(or maybe a busy season?) to turn inward, become more clear in your journey and reflect on the season ahead.


A little more about what to expect:

Meditation: Start with a brief, grounding and reflective meditation to bring you into the present moment and present awareness.

Journaling: Begin practice with intention setting and a reflection on the past season of life.

Movement: A gentle and nourishing movement practice that guides you deeper into yourself.   A gentle yoga flow blended with somatics and nervous system nourishment that help your body unwind tension and welcome in what is next.

Mantras:  Mantras are repetitions of sounds either individually or in combination with multiple sounds.  Mantras are repeated 108 times to move through and open up energy channels within us.  The mantra to ‘remove obstacles’ has a powerful effect of unblocking emotional, physical and spiritual obstacles within us allowing us to move forward, become more clear with our life progress and journey.  It is an ideal mantra to practice during the Spring Equinox.  Sometimes we may feel that outside circumstances and other people are blocking our progress, yet it is often our inner world that is actually hindering us.  Come chant with us and experience the power of mantra!
