Signature Classes
Feel Good Flow
In our signature class, Feel Good Flow, you can expect a practice that is intelligently and creatively sequenced with energetics, physiology, anatomy and physicality in mind. Feel Good Flow is a warm (73-78 degrees) room based on a traditional vinyasa flow class. We welcome all to this class as a place to explore, learn, challenge yourself and feel good.

Feel Nourished
In this class, you will find yourself nourished, nurtured and deeply rested. Some days you just need to slow down, tune out the noise and tune into your body– this is for those days. Our Feel nourished classes blend restorative, yin and somatics often accompanied by seated stretching, hands on assists and sound healing. The only rule in Feel nourished is MORE PROPS!

Feel Grounded
You know on those days when you want to move— but not too fast and not too slow? That’s when Feel Grounded is right for you. This is a juicy slow flow class that moves your whole body with a deep emphasis on breathe and awareness. Class ends in a few restorative postures to sweeten the pot and leave you feeling refreshed afterwards.

Feel Powerful
This is the class to sweat, shake it out and have some fun. This class has intelligent sequencing based on a traditional Baptiste power flow with a fun, creative flair. Think good music, good vibes, and good energy. Challenge your strength, move outside the box and land in a blissed out sweaty savasana. Class is around 80 degrees with humidity.

Feel Strong
Feel Strong is Yoga Lee’s spin on a modern day yoga sculpt class. This hybrid class blends vinyasa yoga sequences with strength building and resistance training plus a side of sneaky strength exercises. Classes are low impact but HIGH sensation. Props such as ankle weights, light dumbbells, resistance bands and balls may be used in class. You will leave Feel Strong feeling strong, connected and capable.

Feel Balanced
This is a slower, alignment based class that is perfect for beginner's and advanced practitioners alike. It will bring your mind and body into balance through the practice. The sequences are designed to help you find your equilibrium within mind & body. This is a class that changes weekly and dives deep into certain postures in a more “workshop style” class.

Beginner’s
We will also be offering a weekly beginner’s class for all new yogis. Beginners are welcome to ALL of our classes but we wanted to offer an introduction class. This class will break down basics of a vinyasa flow classes such as chatturanga dandasana, upward dog, downward dog and other standing posutures.
Room Temperatures vary based on the time of year but unless otherwise noted, classes are usually 70-75 degrees
Breathwork Classes
Breathing and the Breath are two very different things. How you breathe the Breath mirrors your relationship with yourself and life. Conscious breathwork is opening and strengthening your relationship with the breath and breathing the breath for optimal health, healing and transforming your relationship with yourself and life.
There are many schools and modalities teaching conscious breathing from the Great Grand Masters, Shaolin Monks, and Great Yogis to the respiratory therapists and everyone in between.
Dan’s classes teach the foundational principles of conscious breathwork and how to use the breath and breathing to up regulate or down regulate your body, mind, and spirit so you can move forward in your life with Power and Grace.
Sundays at 4pm Starting on March 10th (45 minute class)

Meditation Classes
Meditation is a simple and effective approach to training and quieting the mind for a period of time to build awareness, attention, and relaxation. It is a practice that can have a myriad of benefits including improving self awareness, improve the ability to focus on the present moment, increase resiliency and improve imagination and creativity. In our meditation classes, we offer a supportive environment to explore your mind, body and breath.
