We are so excited to be offering a Prenatal Yoga Series with the new Mama herself @beth
If you are pregnant (congratulations!) and looking to expand your yoga practice to better support your pregnant body, our prenatal yoga series is for you!
This speciality series will run through the Month of March on Sundays at 11am for one hour for our first go about. If you are founding member, monthly member or have a package at Yoga Lee, you can use that to join in! IF you want to drop in for a class, drop-ins are $25.
During this series, you will be guided through yoga postures, meditation, and breath work to connect to your body, breath, and baby. You will also learn lots of pregnancy-safe yoga poses and modifications so you can feel confident practicing in any yoga class.
Each week will have a different focus-- we encourage you to come to all four weeks but you are also welcome to drop in for just one!
Week 1: Yoga postures, meditation and breath work to support pregnancy
Week 2: Prenatal Feel Good Flow
Week 3: Prenatal Feel Nourished
Week 4: Yoga postures, meditation and breath work to support labor
Join Beth, certified yoga instructor, physical therapist, and expecting her first baby in May (!) for community, connection, and yoga!
All pregnant people are welcome! Partners & Support people are also welcome:)
