We are a group of dedicated, open minded and authentic yoga teachers who provide feel good flows, nourishing sequences and a welcoming environment. At Yoga Lee, we believe that you deserve to feel good in your body AND that movement is meant to feel good. We help our students learn to listen to their bodies, gain insights, build strength and find peace and calm in their busy lives.

A modern approach

Yoga Lee is led by Dr. Kerry McGinn- a Doctor of Physical Therapy and 500 hour Yoga Teacher trained in vinyasa yoga, power yoga, somatics, neuroscience, lymphatics and so much more. We take a modern science backed approach to movement and yoga. This means our flows are steeped in tradition and science— weaving together mind, body and soul.

Variety is the Spice of Life

We truly believe there is not ONE right way to move. What works for you, might not work for your neighbor and that is the beautiful part of this practice. You can find what works for you. That is why at Yoga Lee we offer a variety of teachers, class styles, workshops and event series. Each class will be true to it’s titled description while allowing space for each unique' teachers voice.

Practice over Performance

Each and every day we show up on our mat it is a sacred practice. A practice that requires us to us to show up, challenge ourselves, try something new and anchor into strength. We don’t always get it perfect but we always show up and practice all the asana has to offer. And that’s all we ask of you

Movement is mean to feel good and be fun. Let yourself find joy in exploring your physical body. Let yourself find pleasure in challenging yourself. Let yourself stay curious as you find what feels good. Even when doing the deep work that yoga requires we promise to keep it fun and joyful too!
