The amount of knowledge and wisdom on our team is unmatched. At the same time, there are only so many hours in the day and only so many places each of us can be on any day. Nourished offers a way for our teachers to share their expertise in a sustainable way and for you to continue your yoga and wellness journey in a way that supports YOU and your personal schedule. There is so much to learn about Yoga that we only touch on in a one hour yoga class. Nourished gives you space to explore what intrigues you deeper and learn new things. This is a two part series that breaks down the everything nervous system, stress and a self care. This course comes with a few downloadable ebooks, journaling prompts and infographics to help support your journey as well as a videos to support the techniques you learn in the lecture series.
