Celebrate the Winter Solstice with Yoga Lee

The Winter Solstice is a special time in the natural world. The Winter solstice is commonly known as the first day of winter. Some know it as Yule— a time for gathering in darkness and honoring the return of the light. The Winter solstice invites us to slow down and be still as we reflect on the harvest, abundance and path of the past year. Take some time this evening to lean into the darkness, from some space to sit in stillness and in quiet to reflect on some of the forgotten places over the year. It can also be a great time to reflect on what is no longer serving us so we can let go and release.

Together we will celebrate with a 75 minute special restorative yoga and sound bath experience. Together, Vicky and Kerry, will guide you through a deeply nourishing and soothing experience. The purpose of this class is to give you the chance to slow down, turn inward and experience deep rest so that you can welcome the return of the light with open arms. Immerse yourself in the mesmerizing sounds of crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, resonant gongs, enchanting crystal pyramids, and more all while experiencing the benefits of restorative yoga postures tailored to be supportive to your nervous system and whole body.
